But the “big idea” behind the Dixonary is that all efforts are focused filling the client’s real needs ... not perceptions, not formulas. I focus on listening, gathering information and responding with appropriate, effective and practical solutions. I provide responsible and responsive service, delivered with an ethical attitude. I work only for clients I believe in.
